Nice and cosy, and convenient quiet spot. Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately one of the showers in our 2 bedroom place was broken, and air conditioning (heating) also didn't work (as it was winter it was pretty freezing). The 2 bedroom place was perfect for us with 2 young kids, and shopping centre and restaurants just across the street was super handy.

This place was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the housekeepers. The rooms were big and spacious with a clean kitchen and bathroom, was stocked up with clean towels everyday and kitchen/bathroom needs. Great location as well as we were walking distance to the lake, shops, plaza and restaurants. Also great views from the balcony.

We stayed for a couple of nights over the weekend. Room is clear, layout really nice. There is South Point Shopping Centre nearby, with lots of cafes for breakfast and some nice restaurants for dinner.

No staff on-site after 18.00 is OK apart from when we are all evacuated by the fire alarm, fire truck arrives and no one able to contact a staff member to get into the room that set the alarm off. Procedures need checking

It is my own fault for leaving my laptop in plain view in the room, but when I came to my room this afternoon and housekeeping has been, it would probably have looked better for them to have not tried to hack into my laptop and even though they were unable to do so, maybe not make it so obvious in future? Note to self, take my stuff with me each day.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Couldn’t get a wink of sleep because of the UNBEARABLE SMOKE STENCH. Even with the windows open and AC on it still permeated the entire room. Even after spending an hour here my throat was sore and I was coughing. It’s like spending the night at a chain smokers house. We ordered two rooms and they both had the exact smell. The hot water only lasts for one shower. There was no one on reception to even change our room although I doubt there is even better rooms here. We even got charged for a night that we didn't even stay here. The staff are very rude and never even at the desk. The hotel is waiting to rip you off. I recommend: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE it is not 4 star at all. Barely 1 star.

Great location being beside the shopping centre. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of areas for walking and good to have a look around. Underground parking is 2.1mt clear and guest parking could be outlined or signed a little better. Other than that I think I'll be happy to stay here for the week while I work away from home.
